通用示范条款

因本合同引起的或与本合同有关的争议，任何一方均可提交株洲仲裁委员会，按照申请仲裁时该会有效的仲裁规则进行仲裁。仲裁裁决是终局的，对双方均有约束力。

Any dispute arising from or related to this contract may be submitted by either party to the Zhuzhou Arbitration Commission for arbitration in accordance with the effective arbitration rules of the Commission at the time of applying for arbitration. The arbitral award is final and binding on both parties.

注：1、当事人可以根据株洲仲裁委员会仲裁规则和相关法律的规定，在仲裁条款中就仲裁庭组成方式、开庭地点、仲裁地点、仲裁语言、适用法律等事项进行约定。

2、株洲仲裁委员会常设庭均适用该模版，株洲仲裁委员会常设仲裁庭有知识产权仲裁庭、涉外仲裁庭、金融仲裁庭、网络仲裁庭。

“调解+仲裁”方式仲裁条款

因本合同所引起的或与本合同有关的任何争议，各方同意提交株洲仲裁委员会进行调解。调解成功的，各方同意将调解协议提交株洲仲裁委员会，请求依照《株洲仲裁委员会仲裁规则》根据调解协议的内容制作调解书或裁决书。一方当事人不愿调解或调解不成的，由株洲仲裁委员会进行裁决。

Any disputes arising from or related to this contract shall be submitted by the parties to the Zhuzhou Arbitration Commission for mediation. In the event of successful mediation, the parties agree to submit the mediation agreement to the Zhuzhou Arbitration Commission and request the issuance of a mediation document or an arbitral award in accordance with the content of the mediation agreement under the "Arbitration Rules of the Zhuzhou Arbitration Commission." If one party is unwilling to mediate or if mediation fails, the dispute shall be arbitrated by the Zhuzhou Arbitration Commission.

“和解+仲裁”方式示范条款

双方同意，任何一方均有权将本和解协议提交株洲仲裁委员会，请求依照《株洲仲裁委员会仲裁规则》按照和解协议的内容制作调解书或裁决书。仲裁裁决是终局的，对双方当事人均有约束力。

Both parties agree that either party has the right to submit this settlement agreement to the Zhuzhou Arbitration Commission, requesting the issuance of a mediation document or an arbitral award in accordance with the content of the settlement agreement under the Arbitration Rules of the Zhuzhou Arbitration Commission. The arbitral award is final and binding upon both parties.

仲裁分会示范条款

示范条款一：

因本合同引起的或与本合同有关的争议，任何一方均可提交株洲仲裁委员会（      分会），按照申请仲裁时该会有效的《仲裁规则》进行仲裁。仲裁裁决是终局的，对双方均有约束力。

Model Arbitration Clause 1：

Any dispute arising from or related to this contract may be submitted by either party to the Zhuzhou Arbitration Commission (          Branch) for arbitration in accordance with the effective Arbitration Rules of the Commission at the time of applying for arbitration. The arbitral award is final and binding upon both parties.

示范条款二：

因本合同引起的或与本合同有关的争议，任何一方均可提交株洲仲裁委员会仲裁，按照申请仲裁时该会有效的《仲裁规则》进行仲裁，仲裁在      分会进行。仲裁裁决是终局的，对双方均有约束力。

Model Arbitration Clause 2：

Any dispute arising from or related to this contract may be submitted by either party to the Zhuzhou Arbitration Commission for arbitration, which shall be conducted in accordance with the effective Arbitration Rules of the Commission at the time of applying for arbitration. The arbitration shall take place at the          Branch. The arbitral award is final and binding upon both parties.

注：株洲仲裁委员会在醴陵、攸县、茶陵分别设有醴陵分会、攸县分会、茶陵分会。
